Beginners Yoga

This is the ideal class for anyone beginning their yoga journey, or fancies slowing things down and going back to basics. This class is designed to help you build stability, balance, mobility, and mindfulness.

A beautiful flow where we break down poses and modify them to suit our practice and our bodies boundaries.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow

This is a fast paced class, working through a series of poses to reach the ‘Peak Pose’ while creating internal heat. A Vinyasa is designed to follow breath work and work with matching our inhales and exhales to the flow.

This is a super fun class where we encourage laughing and fun as we all flow together; a perfect class to build strength, stamina and mobility.

Yin Yoga Flow

Yin Yoga is a slow practice focusing on a deep and intense stretch, targeting our deep connective tissues. This is a slower and more meditative class, where we explore our bodies boundaries and create peace in the mind.

Holding poses for a much longer time than our other classes, we truly focus on creating mobility, space, and releasing tension.

Chair Yoga

This class is designed for those searching for a gentle yoga class, perhaps suffering from health issues, injuries, or looking for a little more support in their practice.

Within this flow we will use the chair as a foundation to improve flexibility, develop strength, ease tension and creating a happy mental state. This class is also based on community and friendship as we end the class with refreshments and my grandmother’s famous homemade welsh cakes!

Beach Yoga

From May to September, we make the most of the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline by taking our classes to the beach.

From sunrise yoga flows to sunset yoga flows, join us to truly appreciate the WILD.
