FAQs & Testimonials

  • Do I need to bring my own mat?

We provide mats for all our students and any other props that the flow might requite. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own mat or any yoga props that you would like to support your practice.

  • What should I bring with me?

You can bring any yoga props you like, but it isn’t necessary. We do recommend bringing a bottle of water for the practice itself.

  • What should I wear?

Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable and easy to move! You can wear leggings, joggers, pyjamas, anything!

  • I've never done yoga and I'm pretty nervous. Is it okay to still come along?

ABSOLUTELY! I am so incredibly proud to say that every single one of our classes are full of the most friendly and supportive souls. There is no judgement or competition in our studio; we focus on taking care of the body and most importantly the mind. Everyone is anxious the first time they come to a yoga class but that anxiety will go in the first few minutes; especially when you are surrounded by the most beautiful souls.

Remember, yoga is a journey and not a race.

What Our Community Is Saying

"What an absolute wonder Bethany is! Apart from the fact that she is an incredible teacher, patient and always + willing to explain or breakdown movements, she has the ability to make classes fun. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcome, which isn't always the case when classes are small, but her warm personality makes everyone feel included and part of something. Look forward to every class!”

“I couldn't recommend the Wild Yoga • Studio more. It is a gorgeously welcoming space of calm, fun, and occasionally the best kind of chaos for all yogis alike. Bethany is the warmest kindest, most humble yoga teacher who has transformed my yoga practice. Her constantly updated Yoga YouTube channel inspires thousands more than can fit in her studio, so we are genuinely lucky to have the Wild Yoga Studio so close by."

"I absolutely love Bethany's classes. I'm not a confident person and suffer with terrible anxiety, so entering a room to try and finally learn yoga was terrifying to me. But Bethany has made me feel so, so welcome, calm and happy within minutes of arriving. My mental and physical health after just a few classes are better than they have been in years! Highly recommend."
